ASP.NET may be more secure than PHP for beginner.ASP.NET restricted the XSS and also most of the SQL Injection. We don’t
need to write again . In PHP, we should write XSS protected and also
sql_escape_string for SQL. So, enterprise must be use ASP.NET.

I read about that IDE. It’s so nice for .NET developer.The integration in VS.Php allows you to host Silverlight applications written C# or VB in your PHP application. It’s also integrate with IIS 7. I am also .NET developer but I don’t want to integrate PHP and VS. DotNet is base on OOP concept and PHP is freestyle concept. So, I love PHP. I think PHP VS IDE base on DotNET OOP style. Nice feature is integration with Silverlight. You can read more in there.
